Memory Lane Cafe – Bexleyheath

Come long and join us on the 1st Saturday of every month (except January) between 10.30am and 2.30pm.

Venue: Bexleyheath Pop-in Parlour, Graham Road, Bexleyheath, Kent, DA6 7EG (opposite Asda car park).  The venue is wheelchair accessible and has a disabled toilet.

There is a pay car park close by (Asda) and the café is served by all major bus routes into Bexleyheath Clock Tower: 422, B11, B16, 89 and 229.

Our memory café has been running since 2013 and provides an opportunity for carers and people living with dementia/memory loss to participate in social activities in a friendly and informal environment in the presence of supportive staff and volunteers.

There is no need to book, just turn up….

We also provide information for people living with dementia and their carers on a range of other services in Bexley. The cafe also assist in the process of early diagnosis and provide a useful entry point to the care system.

Sharon our older carers community development office holds a surgery once a month with information, advice and workshops to support older carers in their caring role.

A cooked lunch and unlimited tea, coffee and soft drinks are available for the inclusive price of £4.50
